- Minimum 10 years of working experience in I/T data center as a sales person.
- Proven achievement in sales, meeting target.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Good in communication skill.
- Proficient level in English, both written and spoken.
We’re seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong style="color: black;" negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
- Using His/ Her network and prospecting skills, the Sales Manager will develop relationships throughout target customer organizations to influence sales process.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for closing deals with target accounts and be responsible for developing new customer pipeline in the assigned territory.
- The Sales Manager works with presales engineering to qualify and deliver accurate and complete solutions.
- He/ she will maintain close contact with the customer throughout project delivery phases and maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer success.
- Having a sense of urgency to help meet customer objectives and working well with cross functional team members is critical for the role
- Meet assigned sales and revenue targets
- Qualify and lead sales opportunities using Solution Selling methods
- Negotiate new contracts, supported by legal resources
- Forecast and report on opportunities to management for planning purposes
- Create and manage Strategic Account Plans
